RO Plant Price in Pune: What 25, 50, 100, 200 and 2000 LPH Plants Cost

25 LPH, 200 LPH and 2000 LPH RO plants with Pune price guide title
Price Guide

Quick answer: A1Aqua's indicative RO plant prices in Pune are ₹18,500 for 25 LPH, ₹29,500 for 50–80 LPH, ₹37,500 for 100–120 LPH, ₹52,000 for 150–200 LPH and ₹1,80,000 for 2000 LPH. The final price depends on your raw-water TDS and hardness, the pre-treatment needed, the frame material and the site work. We confirm it in a written quote after a free site survey.

Most price lists for RO plants only show the popular 250, 500 and 1000 LPH sizes. Many Pune buyers need something smaller, such as a 25 LPH unit for a clinic or a 100 LPH plant for a PG, or something much larger, like a 2000 LPH plant for a factory. This guide covers those sizes: what each costs, how much water it really makes and who should buy it.

RO plant price list at a glance

Daily output assumes the plant runs 8 hours. Real output is a little lower in cold months and as membranes age, so plan at about 85% of the figure shown.

25 LPH RO plant price in Pune

Our 25 LPH RO plant is listed at ₹18,500. It is the smallest commercial unit we sell and the first step up from a domestic purifier. Inside is a customised 300 GPD booster pump, three 100 GPD RO membranes, a 24 V solenoid valve and a single adapter. It is compact enough to sit on a counter or be wall-mounted near a water cooler.

At 25 litres an hour it makes about 200 litres in an 8-hour day. That is enough for:

  • A clinic, pathology lab or dental practice with a waiting area
  • A shop or showroom with 10–20 staff
  • An office of 20–60 people drinking about 3 litres each
  • A small café that uses RO water for drinks but not for cooking

When 25 LPH is not enough: if your water cooler empties before lunch, or you also want RO water for cooking, move up to a 50–80 LPH plant. The price difference is about ₹11,000, but you get two to three times the output.

50 LPH and 100 LPH RO plants: which one do you need?

These two sizes cover most offices, PGs and coaching centres in Pune. The 50–80 LPH plant (₹29,500) uses six membranes with a 300 GPD pump and two adapters. The 100–120 LPH plant (₹37,500) runs three 300 GPD pumps with three 300 GPD membranes and a 35 V solenoid valve.

Your siteDaily needChoose
Office, 60–150 staff, drinking only180–450 L50–80 LPH
PG or hostel, 40–80 residents, drinking only150–300 L50–80 LPH
Office, 150–250 staff, with a pantry600–900 L100–120 LPH
Coaching centre or school, 300–500 students600–1,000 L100–120 LPH
PG with a mess cooking two meals a day800 L +100–120 LPH, or 150–200 LPH if growing

Because these compact plants use several pumps and membranes in parallel, one weak pump or choked membrane quietly cuts output instead of stopping the plant. Ask your technician to check flow from each line at every service, not just the TDS at the tap.

200 LPH RO plant price in Pune

Our 150–200 LPH RO plant is listed at ₹52,000. This is where the build changes from compact to industrial. You get a 4040 RO membrane, two jumbo cartridge bowls, a pump motor on an SS skid, a solenoid valve, an antiscalant dosing pump and an auto control panel that switches the plant on tank level.

A 200 LPH plant makes about 1,600 litres in 8 hours. It suits restaurants and cloud kitchens, clinics and nursing homes, hostels with a mess and offices of 300 or more. If your daily need is close to 2,000 litres, or your source is a borewell with high hardness, compare it with a 250 LPH commercial RO plant. That size adds an FRP pre-filter vessel and a ½ HP motor for ₹80,000.

Tip for restaurants: size on peak hours, not the daily total. A kitchen that uses most of its water between 11 am and 3 pm needs a large treated-water tank, so a 200 LPH plant can refill it overnight.

2000 LPH RO plant in Pune

Our standard 2000 LPH plant is listed at ₹1,80,000. It uses four 4080 RO membranes, two pre-treatment vessels, a dosing pump and an auto control panel. Rated output is about 16,000 litres in 8 hours and up to 32,000 litres on a 16-hour run.

The bigger planning question at this size is raw water. At the 50–60% recovery typical of commercial plants, a 2000 LPH plant draws roughly 3,300–4,000 litres of raw water every hour. Your borewell yield, tanker contract or municipal connection has to keep up, and you need a plan for the reject stream. It can usually be reused for gardening, toilet flushing or floor washing.

2000 LPH plants are used by factories in MIDC areas, residential townships, large campuses and hospitals. For sizing, water treatment and SS options for factories, read our industrial RO plant guide for Pune and Chakan MIDC. We also build 3000–5000 LPH and full stainless-steel plants on request.

Why the price jumps between 120 LPH and 150 LPH

Buyers often ask why a 150–200 LPH plant costs ₹14,500 more than a 100–120 LPH unit. The difference is the build:

  • Up to 120 LPH: domestic-style membranes and booster pumps working in parallel. Cheaper to buy, simple to service, and ideal for drinking water only.
  • 150 LPH and above: a 4040 or 4080 industrial membrane in a pressure housing, a pump motor, jumbo cartridges, antiscalant dosing and a control panel on a skid. Built for long daily running hours and harder water.

If your water is borewell or tanker water with high TDS or hardness, the skid-mounted build lasts much longer, even at the same output.

Costs that are not in the base price

A fair RO plant quote lists these separately, so you can see what you are paying for:

ItemWhen you need it
Raw-water tank and feed pumpWhen the plant cannot draw directly from an overhead tank with steady pressure
Treated-water storage tankAlways for 150 LPH and above. Users should draw from the tank, not the plant
Water softenerWhen hardness is high, common with borewell water in fringe areas
UV after ROWhen treated water is stored for long periods or piped to many outlets
Full SS skidFood, pharma or humid sites, or when you want a longer frame life
Plumbing, electricals and plant baseDepends on the distance to tanks, power points and drains

Commercial RO plant prices on this page are indicative and do not include these items. Installation, plumbing and any extra pre-treatment are listed separately in a written, itemised quote after the free site survey.

Where these plants are installed in Pune & PCMC

We supply and install every capacity from our store in Wakad. The smaller plants (25–120 LPH) mostly go into clinics, offices and showrooms in Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi and Koregaon Park. 150–200 LPH plants are popular with restaurants and hostels in Kharadi, Hinjewadi, Tathawade and Ravet. The 2000 LPH plants go to factories and large sites in Chakan, Bhosari, Talawade and Alandi.

In growing areas such as Wagholi, Ravet and Tathawade, many buildings still depend on borewell or tanker water. There we often recommend a skid-mounted plant, even for modest output, along with a hardness test before quoting. See all capacities on our commercial RO plant in Pune page.
